Concert Operations Manual

21

How we deliver concerts to the Musicphonetics Standards — every detail planned so that students shine and families feel proud.

01Planning

Every concert begins with a clear plan: date, venue, programme, participants, and timeline. Preparation starts well in advance so that nothing is left to chance on the day.

02Stage

The stage is set for both performance and safety — clear access, secure equipment, and a layout that lets each student perform with confidence and ease.

03Parents

Parents receive clear information ahead of time — timing, location, and what to expect — and are welcomed and seated to enjoy and support every performer.

04Students

Students are briefed, soundchecked where needed, and supported backstage. Every performer knows the order, the cue, and what to do — calm preparation produces confident performances.

05Sound

Audio is tested and managed so that every instrument is heard clearly. Soundchecks are completed before the audience arrives.

06Photography

Photography and recording follow our consent rules: only with parental permission, handled sensitively, and used in line with our policies.

07Certificates

Certificates and awards are prepared in advance and presented as a meaningful moment, recognising achievement and effort.

08Sponsors

Where sponsors or partners are involved, their role is coordinated tastefully and in keeping with the tone of the event and the brand.

09Guest Artists

Guest artists are briefed, hosted, and integrated into the programme to inspire students and elevate the occasion.

10Awards

Awards celebrate accomplishment and growth alike. We recognise courage and improvement, not only the most advanced — every deserving student is seen.

Standards you can trust. Classes you'll love.
