01Company Terms
These terms govern the relationship between Musicphonetics and families who enrol with us. By enrolling, you agree to these terms, to our Refund & Payment Policy, and to our Privacy Policy.
02Liability
Musicphonetics provides music tuition with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
03Intellectual Property
All teaching materials, methods, branding, and content created by Musicphonetics remain our property and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.
04Payments
Fees are payable as set out in the Refund & Payment Policy. Continued access to lessons is conditional on fees being up to date.
05Termination
Either party may end enrolment with reasonable notice in line with the billing cycle. We reserve the right to end enrolment immediately in cases of non-payment, abusive conduct, or any breach of our policies.
06Disputes
We seek to resolve any dispute promptly and fairly through direct discussion. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
