01Monthly Reports
Every student receives a structured monthly report. It summarises what has been covered, how the student is progressing, and what the month ahead will focus on — written plainly and honestly.
02Practice Tracking
We record practice consistency and quality over time, because regular practice is the strongest predictor of progress. Tracking it helps us support both student and parent effectively.
03Strengths
Each report names what the student is doing well. Recognising genuine strength builds confidence and motivation, and tells parents where their child is flourishing.
04Areas to Improve
We are honest about what needs work, always framed constructively and with a clear path forward. Parents value candour; we give it kindly.
05Goals
Every report sets specific, achievable goals for the coming period, so that progress is directed and visible rather than vague.
06Teacher Remarks
The teacher adds a personal note on the student's development, attitude, and standout moments — the human observations a checklist cannot capture.
07Parent Comments
Parents are invited to respond, ask questions, and share what they observe at home. Reporting is a conversation, not a broadcast.
08Director Review
Reports are reviewed at the leadership level to ensure quality, consistency, and that no student's progress goes unnoticed. This oversight is part of how we hold our standard.
