01Fees
Tuition is charged according to the enrolment tier selected — The Foundation, The Transformation, or The Director's Circle — each with a defined number of lessons per cycle. Fees are confirmed in writing at enrolment and discussed directly with your enrolment advisor.
02Packages
Enrolment is by package and billing cycle. Each package specifies the number of lessons, their duration, and the mode of delivery. Packages are not interchangeable mid-cycle except by agreement with the office.
03Invoices
An invoice is issued for each billing cycle, stating the package, the period covered, and the amount due. Payment is due by the date stated on the invoice.
04Refunds
Refund requests may be considered within 7 days from the date of payment, provided classes have not substantially commenced. Approved refunds will be processed after internal review.
05Missed Classes
Lessons missed without adequate notice are not refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling subject to teacher availability and the notice period below. Lessons cancelled by Musicphonetics are always rescheduled or credited.
06Extensions
In exceptional circumstances — illness, travel, or emergency — the office may extend a cycle or arrange make-up lessons at its discretion, provided reasonable notice is given.
07Taxes
All fees are subject to applicable taxes where relevant. Any taxes will be shown on the invoice in accordance with prevailing law.
08Late Payments
Lessons may be paused where payment is overdue. We will always notify you before any pause and work with you to resolve the matter promptly and considerately.
